Helps prevent the seizure of his children college savings?
I have 3-4 credit cards judgments against me, all purchased by an aggressive collection agency (legal business). After the divorce, I live paycheck to paycheck and have 6-7 accounts control and keep at least $ 200 each. They collect on the sheriff BofA about once a month. My question is there somewhere I can save money for my two children during my marriage so that I can build education savings? I do not care about money for me, I just need to get university (aged 3 and 7).
