to what extent do you feel IAS 38 is undermined by the non-recognition of certain items such as mastheads?
To what extent do you consider that the non-recognition of items such as internally generated brands, mastheads, publishing titles, customer lists and other similar items as intangible assets as a failure of accounting regulators to appreciate the significance of all types of internally generated brands thereby undermining the impact of IAS 38,……………..all opinions are welcomed 
I think there should be taken respect for materiality of item.
Non – recognition may be compensated by disclosing such items in explanatory notes.
