Associate Degree In Accounting

Associate degree in accounting or medical assistant?
Right now I am in my first semester on getting my associate degree in accounting but I have been thinking about changing my major to becoming a medical assistant. That is because I heard it is hard to find a job with an associate degree in accounting. And I think it would be easier to find a job being a medical assistant? But not sure too. I really don’t want to waste my time going to school if I’m not going to be able to find a job. Please help me if you guys know anything about which one is better in the long run and have more jobs. I live in SC. But minutes away from Charlotte, NC. So please help!! Any ideas will do. Which one will get me a job? I really don’t care about the pay, but just a job!! HELP PLEASE ANYBODY!!
I am a medical assistant living in central CA…and let me tell you it is not easy to find job!! and pay is not all that great…If i were you and your serious about the medical career…Id go and be an LVN, its what my sister in law does and shes constantly getting work offers. its only a 14 mnth program and a lot more fun than M.A, and an MA in school you dont get to go to hospitals and assist in jack squat as an LVN you do. look into it, dont jump into a bad decision like i did. but dont get me wrong i love what i do.
