Accounting Bachelor Degree Online

Accounting Bachelor Degree Online
I need a bachelor’s degree, here’s my situation…?

For career advancement, I need a bachelor’s degree. And I need it by the end of the year preferably. The faster the better. I have completed about 40 to 50 credit hours at other colleges. I am TEFL certified to teach English and have some work/life experience—but not much. What is the fastest way I can earn a fully-accredited, online degree? What kind of degree I earn doesn’t matter, so long as it’s a bachelor’s. But for what it’s worth, I’m good at accounting, English, finance, and the social sciences. I’m a very good test-taker, and cost is no problem. Again, speed is what’s important. And no diploma mills! Any advice?

You actually have three choices…Thomas Edison State College (http://www.tesc.edu), Charter Oak State College (http://www.cosc.edu), and Excelsior College (http://www.excelsior.edu). All three accept 100% of their degree programs in transfer credits. All three are regionally accredited.

Here is how it works, you take exams to get credit for a variety of courses. I believe that you may only have to take one or two actual courses and you could finish your degree by the end of the year.

Places for exams for college credit:
CLEP tests – http://www.collegeboard.com
DSST tests – http://www.getcollegecredit.com
ECE exams – http://www.excelsior.edu
TECEP exams – http://www.tesc.edu
Ohio University exams – http://www.ohiou.edu/independent/ccewords.htm

There is a website by a person who did this. The site is a little dated because some of the exams are no longer available. However, most of the information is still valid.
